Interfaces with city officials
Oversees the activities and monitors the effectiveness of some of the council committees including Budget, By-laws, Plot Management, Special Events and Public Relations

Keeps records of payments collected and amounts due
Deposits all funds
Writes checks as directed by the council
Reconciles monthly bank statement
Reviews and monitors annual budget
Prepares monthly treasury report
Prepares all necessary tax filing

Receives all mail and directs to appropriate council member
